UK Orders

UK shipping is free for subscription and 90 days bundle orders. Shipping for 30 days orders is £3.95. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and delivery takes 1-2 days from dispatch.

International orders

Shipping to Europe costs €10.25.

International shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout.

Prices are quoted net of import VAT, customs duty and other levies or taxes. As importer of the goods you are solely responsible for all import VAT, customs duty, other levies, tariffs or taxes and these may be payable on delivery of the goods to you.

For international orders your item will usually be delivered within 1-3 weeks from dispatch.

Returns

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all unopened Aegle’s products purchased through our website. Orders can only be returned if the safety seal is intact and the packaging is in good condition.

To return your order please email us with your order number at support@aegles.com. Once we’ve received and checked it, assuming the product is in good condition we will then process your refund. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items unless the product is faulty.
